The Ludolf Nielsen is PD in Canada. The Paganini-Yampolsky we'd have to actually review in detail to determine whether it was an urtext style edition or not. The high plate number could mean it was published ca.1985, unless it's an offprint of a ca.1935 Muzgiz issue. As you can see, determining the date a Muzgiz/Muzika score was first produced can be difficult. Actual dates printed on Muzika scores are often the date that particular copy was printed, instead of the date of first issue. Thus a score with a 1975 date might very well be a reprint of something they first issued in 1947.
