Grainger's Power of Rome and the Christian Heart

Grainger I know is a tricky composer when it comes to copyright. His work "Power of Rome and the Christian Heart" is possibly PD, but I cannot find the direct evidence. It was published by Mills, but then re-issued by Master's Music (Kalmus). Typically, Master's only re-prints out of print PD works. So would Power qualify? Grainger himself held the copyright and not the publishers.

Published by Mills and registered for copyright protection in the U.S. in 1953 (see Catalog of Copyright Entries, page 115). Since Grainger died in 1961 the work is in the public domain in Canada and countries in which copyright expires 50 years after the death of the author. In the E.U. it will become public domain on Jan. 1, 2032 (70 years after the author's death). In the U.S. the work is protected for 95 years from publication so it will enter the public domain on Jan. 1, 2049.
