Outdated Scores

First off, thank you for this project. I've followed it for a few years now, through legal battles, etc.

That being said, I took notice that certain scores are outdated (older editions). Is this because of copyright issues? For example, the Holst First Suite in Eb for Military Band score is a second edition prior to the revisions made by Colin Matthews around 1984 or so. I know Boosey & Hawkes can be cumbersome to deal with so I wouldn't be surprised at that point.

Just a curiosity.

It is indeed because of copyright concerns, and I can tell you with almost 100% certainty that B & H would NEVER give up their grasp on such a lucrative score as the Host suite(s).
