I am a composer who wants some of his works to be in IMSLP, free to use them anywhere and in any form (but not altering the work) and when I read some of the requests to do it it seems to be very difficult for me, since I have no experience in this field. I think I know the license I want, but how can I apply for getting it?. And then, where should I send my works (I have already in PDF format)?
If anybody can guide me in this wood of digital terms, I would be very grateful.

Very easy! Just follow the directions on "How to submit a score," and in the "copyright" field on the file submission form, simply use the liscence - it's that simple.
