Composer vs. Editor/Arranger

I just uploaded The Cowley Carol Book to composer G.R. Woodward, but perhaps it belongs instead under composer Various? Please adjust as you prefer. Thanks.

Following that rationale, the English Hymnal would have gone under Ralph Vaughan Williams, not “Various” (which is the preferred option). PML
