How to come back to an add page?..

Hi,
I spend yesterday scanning a new part, and everything being now ready to be uploaded, I started the procedure by filling up the "add page".

But, after clicking on the add button (at the bottom), and arrived on the next page, I realized that the information I did enter on the previous one wasn't correctly displaid on the next one:

Vieuxtemps work called "Voix intimes",
having as a subtitle "six pensées mélodiques"...
on the next page, the title appeared AS "six pensées mélodiques" (with no trace of the true title "Voix intimes", but on the name of the page).

So, I suppose I did then the wrong thing in returning to the previous page to correct it (should probably have choosen "modify", instead!)... but in submitting it again it refuses to go there, saying the page already exists...
How can I find the path to this page again ? I know that by waiting some time (24 h?) it'll disappear by it self, but there should be a more traditional and efficient way to do the thing...
