Here I have a collection of issues of a magazine where the magazine name and year show up on the first page only of each issue. I imagine it is better to split the about 10 pieces of each issue, than uploading the entire issue.

What is the right way to provide the publisher and date into the work page if they do not show up in a particular piece, to conform with https://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Score_subm ... nformation?

You can upload all of them split out onto there own workpage as well as make the workpage as a collection of the whole magazine (as long as the whole issue is in the public domain).
