Download counter frozen?

Hi,I wonder if the download/access counter https://imslp.org/wiki/The_Fault_Lines_ ... 2C_Davide) is frozen or broken? The work has seemingly been reached twice for access/download since 5/28, which is unusual for a new composition trio. I downloaded the work myself to check and the download does not appear.
