'Composers in waiting'

I take the point about not adding composers to the IMSLP list until able to upload one or more PD scores, but how about a 'composers in waiting' list, perhaps to prompt those with available material to scan and upload sooner rather than later.
Because of my Maddox Petrovsky Repertoire Project, I'd personally like to see scores of works by:
