Problems downloading - is IMSLP down again?

I've tried a couple of times this week, any pdf file from any composer I've clicked on takes me to the disclaimer page, but when I click on the "I agree" link it just reloads the same page. I tried in both Firefox and in IE7. There's nothing new in the firewall. Is anyone else having this problem?
