Trouble with new work page

I just added a new work to Joseph Holbrooke's page, Poem No.1 "The Raven", Op 25. So, after the page was created, there was no link to add files to the page, just plain text at the top of the page which looks like the html code for adding a file, but no link. This has never happened before in my submissions, did I do something wrong here perhaps? If not, could an admin change the page somehow so I can upload the score to the page?

Well, I managed to upload the file, but the links are still funny, what could have caused this? Was it my use of quotes in the work name?

Yup, it was the quotes, fixed. Nothing to see here.
