Is anyone else getting a server error? Does anyone know its causes?

I don't get a 500 error, but this error always appears when I use the search box while signed in, no matter what computer I use:
No such special page

It stopped very shortly.
That seems very weird. I can't think of a viable explanation, as it works fine for me. I'll try to figure out how to break it for myself!
