how can I delete topics

As I understand how these things work, you can delete a thread that you created as long as it consists of postings by only you, in which case you'd delete each posting until there are none left.

If someone else has added a response to a thread that you started, then you'd have to ask an administrator/moderator to delete the thread.

Then again, I could be wrong.

You should ask an admin to delete a topic and provide a good reason. The first topic I'd delete would be yours, as you SHOULD NOT SCREAM.
