What are supposed to write on these pages?
These are the "talk" pages. We can write anything pertaining to the page. Often, issues about particular scans or editions come up. However, for instance, if you like at Die Schone Mullerin (http://imslp.org/wiki/Die_Sch%C3%B6ne_M ... %2C_Franz)) or the Mozart Dissonance quartet (http://imslp.org/wiki/String_Quartet_No ... g_Amadeus)) or the Bach Goldberg Variations (http://imslp.org/wiki/Goldberg_Variatio ... Sebastian)), you'll find a few interesting musical things (go to their talk pages).
In other words, the sky is the limit, but make it related. They would have been a great place for your discussion of the Brahms Quintet, for instance.
