beethoven trios, 3 questions

From one of the pages for the Beethoven trios, under Misc. comments, there is a box with the remaining Beethoven trios. From one of these, I clicked on the Piano Trio [no.8], WoO 38, in Eb Major. It took me to a page that, at the top, said Piano Trio no.9 WoO 38. I'm not sure which is correct right now, though it seems the "no.9" designation is the wrong one. I can check at my university library, but they are closed until 4 January. If no one sorts this out until then I will, but I thought someone might know off the top of their (very knowledgeable) heads.
Next question, the trio that is "the other" number 8 -- the arrangement of the Septet op.38 (not to be confused with WoO 38). Should this not perhaps be on the page with the Septet, and listed as an arrangement, rather than on a separate page?
Similarly, the Serenade for flute or violin and piano, op.41 is an arrangement of the op.25 Trio for flute, violin, and viola, but isn't a part of that page.
What would be the criteria for getting a separate page?
