I was going to go ahead and fix the bad links on the 'Score submission guide' page, but it seems to be locked for editing. So I'll at least let you know here. The forum links are still going to the old forum URL. FYI.

Thanks for the notice. And there seems to be no reason for those two pages to be locked in the first place, so I'm unlocking them.
