It's not just you, here on the other side of the Atlantic it seems to be down as well. The error message is as follows:
ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost/wiki/

Unable to forward this request at this time.

This request could not be forwarded to the origin server or to any parent caches. The most likely cause for this error is that the cache administrator does not allow this cache to make direct connections to origin servers, and all configured parent caches are currently unreachable.
It has only given this message for the last hour or so (where I am, at least).

Yes I have been getting:
ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost/wiki/Main_Page

Unable to forward this request at this time.

This request could not be forwarded to the origin server or to any parent caches. The most likely cause for this error is that the cache administrator does not allow this cache to make direct connections to origin servers, and all configured parent caches are currently unreachable.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

3:44 PM EST - I just got the same message as before (ERROR: The requested URL could not be retrieved, etc.). Interestingly, there were problems with the site a few minutes before it went down: whenever I navigated to a new page, it would display it in the theme that reduces everything to plain text. When I pressed 'reload', the page would completely break, but I could still edit it. Clearing the cache fixed it.
The site's back up at the moment, but still very strange...the normal theme seems to be at least partially broken.
(For reference: Using Google Chrome on Mac OS X)
3:49 - Down again. It goes on and off every minute or so (ERROR -> plaintext -> normal -> ERROR (etc.)). So far, no edits have been lost, but it still looks like something is seriously wrong.
[EDIT:] Everything seems normal now (it's been thus for a few minutes) - I guess it was just a temporary glitch. Sorry everyone...
