Why is my account "locked to prevent further editing"?

That's what it said when I tried to get a new picture, I'm confused.

That's pretty strange...there's certainly nothing in the block log. (Not that there should be, it's not as if you've done anything wrong.)
On which page exactly did it display the message?

After changing my performer picture.
"Permissions Errors
You do not have permission to do that, for the following reason:
This page has been locked to prevent editing."
Maybe I did it the wrong way, how do I change my personal avatar? But besides that, I changed a whole bunch of stuff on my "portal" or whatever my profile is called, and it appears as changed in the settings menu but then when I refresh my page it doesn't show up.
