I am trying to download Generoso's instructions from http://imslp.org/wiki/User_talk:Kalliwoda#SLUB, but when I click on the link there (http://imslp.org/wiki/File:SLUB_saving.pdf), I get an Error page: "Requested file not yet officially submitted to IMSLP." What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

You aren't doing anything wrong, don't worry - this is a rather old bug that has cropped up before. Basically, to be accessed by the general public, a PDF file must go through the normal process of submitting a file, i.e. using the 'Add a score file to this page' link on any work page. If this is not done, the file cannot be downloaded by anyone except those with copyright reviewer permissions. Incidentally, this has been something of a hindrance in other matters, including the copyright review test (ironically only viewable through the link on the site by CRs) and publishers' catalogues (a workaround was used for the latter).
