I just uploaded two of my own Creative Commons Licensed scores, and both are blocked- "this file is currently blocked"

Why is this? How can this be prevented in the future?

Everything uploaded to the site is blocked until a member of the review team tags the item. This is to prevent items appearing which cannot be posted here due to copyright (Shostakovich, for example). It normally takes place in 24 hours or less for a new upload to become available.
