Adding a collection of arrangements of works by multiple composers

I have attempted to create a new collection for wind octet arrangements of 4 vocal anthems but I have inadvertently added it to an existing similar collection page previously added, sorry: https://imslp.org/wiki/4_Fugues_for_Win ... r%2C_Toby)
I don't know how to/don't know if I have permission to create a new Collection - any help appreciated.
