Agreed with Perlnerd. When will we start?

I'm not familiar with the numbering systems, but with Mozart we already use this format for works which were been renumbered between the 1st and 6th editions of Köchel:

• Allegro in G minor, K.312/590d (Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus)

Maybe something like that could work for Debussy's old and new numbers?

Well, with that, they're two of the same numbering system (in name, at least), as opposed to two different systems entirely.
