Creating new composer page, pseudonym or real name?

I would like to upload a piece by Basil Windsor called Alpine Echoes. Basil Windsor is a pseudonym though, his real name was Eli Smith (c.1880–1949). Neither of these names have a category page. Can someone advise on which name I should make one for? And who the named composer should be on the work page?

Here's some proof of the pseudonym.

Works published under pseudonyms should be indexed under the composer's real name (or primary identity). In this case, you should create a work page called "Alpine Echoes (Smith, Eli)" and a category page under the name "Category:Smith, Eli". You may also add a note on the Alpine Echoes page explaining that "Basil Windsor" is a pseudonym for Eli Smith.

Thank you. This is very helpful. I will do this now. I'm still learning my way around the submissions process. I have a lot of scores I would eventually like to contribute.

There's a possible inconsistency here. I see that Peter Warlock's works are listed under that name even though it's a pseudonym for Philip Heseltine (his birth name). He used Peter Warlock for his musical works and his birth name for his musical writings. Should there at least be a page for Heseltine?

For Peter Warlock/Philip Heseltine's works, the primary identity under which he has published most of his works is "Peter Warlock". For IMSLP's purposes, this is the name under which all his musical works and writings should be catalogued, rather than a strict adherence to the "real name" rule.

Although it should not be taken as a hard-and-fast dogmatic reference point, Wikipedia also has an article entitled "Peter Warlock".
