I see we have this as "langueo" with a G, but the title and text on my printed Doblinger edition is "lanqueo" with a Q. The Breitkopf & Härtel edition that IMSLP has also spells lanqueo with a Q, though I find a lot of recordings on the web that spell it with a G.

Not knowing Latin, I don't know which is correct.

What is the translation of "Totus in corde lanqueo", and which spelling is correct?

It's langueo. And the English verb “languish” is a direct derivative of it, with approximately the same meaning. I’d make a guess that “Totus in corde langueo” translates as something like “Everything languishes in my heart” since the verb is first person singular.
