I need to know if some of these pices have English Horn parts:

Prelude to act III of La Traviata

Irish Rhapsody in D Minor op 191

Overtue to Nabucco

Did you bother to consult the full scores for the two pieces in question we do have? If you had, you would have seen there is no English horn called for in these pieces. I can't speak for the Stanford piece (see my reply in your other thread).

Thankyou for your help! Though i could not find the orchestral score for La Traviata showing the instruments that played. is there oboe 1 and 2?

It's the first page of the first file. Verdi only scores for 2 oboes the entire work.
