Missing pages in Ravel's "Ma mère l'oye"

Hi. I've been using this site for quite a while, but only just registered. I didn't see a separate place to report problems or mistakes, so I hope it's not inappropriate to do so here.

One of the two scans of the complete score for Ravel's Ma mère l'oye (PMLP80657-Ravel - Ma mère l'oye (full ballet).pdf) is missing pages 2 and 3.
