Uploading a picture

I can't figure it out. Can someone give me the steps?

If you are talking about adding a picture of yourself to your own composer category here's how to do it. Upload an image file using the "upload file" link found in the Toolbox section of the menu along the left side of the site. Once uploaded edit the composer's category page and include the following two lines of text (replacing with text appropriate for your name and file) anywhere in the area between the two pairs of curly brackets:

|Picture=filename.extension
|Picture Caption=Your name
