Locked out of Tchaikovsky Jahreszeiten Opus 37
I made a viola and piano transcription of "October" from the Seasons that I would like to upload, but I was "told" by a prompt that the page is no longer able to take new transcriptions. Is this a temporary problem? (I hope it is).
