Recording upload error

I'm getting an error message when trying to upload a recording to a work page. The format is mp3, file size ca. 40MB. I've had no problems before, using the same format, with about 10 works. All other files have been smaller however. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

It could be due to file size limitation. You should compress the mp3 file to less than 25–30 MB or split it into multiple parts before uploading, this often fixes similar errors.
