Why the delay in approval?

On 1/04/2026 I uploaded PMLP205376 (Czerny-Rondo Brillant Op. 606) and on 1/06/2026 PMLP930617 (Grandval-L'Absence = a "Featured Score"), both synthesized performances in video media. They are both awaiting copyright clearance while more recent recordings from 1/09 are being approved.
Is there a reason for the delay and if so what can I do to avoid this problem in the future? Thanks for your help.
