I've gotten this several times recently, with no successes recently, all errors. My incipits use version 2.22.1, which I believe is the version installed on IMSLP, but I think this also happens when I change the version number back to 2.18.0. Could be a problem with my code (which I can attach)- I'm most used to Lilypond 2.24 and 2.25 (I haven't tried out the just-released 2.26/2.27 yet) but I repeat this is a recent problem and one which, according to Google searches, has something to do with source and destination file directories being mismatched or something like that- which is not something I think the creators of incipits have much control over. (I'm surprised old incipits still work, but they do. Maybe the compile half of Lilypond - unless I have it confused with PERL in that bit
Is anybody else getting this error when trying to create and install Lilypond Incipits?

- is where the trouble is, and not the more-often-invoked interpreted part? Anyway, if this is happening to anyone else and they're running into it...)

I don't know how to solve this particular problem, but it doesn't appear unique to the incipit you are trying to add.
Mediawiki appears to cache the incipit images, so that's why the old incipits still work; the PNGs only change when the incipit code changes. You can test this by modifying an already-existing incipit, "Preview", then see the error message.
