Can't edit my profile page

Hello, I am trying to update the profile photo and add some biographical information to my page "Stephen Hung", but the edits are not staying, even after I pressed "save page" and did the verification test. I am using VPN to do these edits, as somehow I can't log in from Hong Kong without the VPN. Could that be complicating matters?
