I was just wondering what the general consensus is on using date styles (old style or new style?), because the new composer submission page (in planning) will only tolerate one date...

Unfortunately, this get to be a significant issue with Russian composers because everything before the Soviet era (1918) was originally expressed in the Julian calendar (=old style). If we're forced into one choice, I would vote for Gregorian (=New Style).
