I need to tag this piece for its original instrumentation. IMSLP has an arrangement of it for string orchestra or Piano Sextet. The original instrumentation isn't listed, so I don't know what to tag it as.
I see on the web you can get a voice/piano version, but I don't know whether that is original either.
