Preferences bug?

hrm. I have preferences set to add pages I create and/or edit to my watchlist. Neither seems to be happening... (I assume this is the proper place to ask this since this is the "IMSLP-other" section though actually there may be another subforum specifically for features/bugs, will have to look- sorry...!...)
