Vivian Fine Four Songs

Hi there,
On my mother Vivian Fine's page, Four Songs is under S. This happened because initially your system changed the title from Four Songs to 4 Songs. At my request you restored the correct title but the work remained under S. Could you move it to F? Many thanks!

Hm, actually according to our style guide it really should be '4 Songs'. It is currently sorted correctly under S because it is not particularly useful to sort under the F in 'Four' if what you are really looking for is something called 'Songs'. This is the universal practice, accepted policy, and technical reality across the site; I don't see any particular reason to make an exception here or in any other case.

KGill is correct, and I'll also add that this is the same way we would treat compositions in languages other than English that spell-out Arabic numerals, i.e. "Vier Lieder" becomes "4 Lieder". Without this, alike works get organized ineffectively, and while it may not be a big deal for your mother's category, it is for, say, Strauss, Fauré, etc.
