No access to ismlp

When I try to access ismlp.org I bet a popup message.
"To Unlock Select 1 ad for FULL ACCESS! Please, help keep us 100% FREE" and then "Freebie: Select 1 ad on this page"
the url that comes up is. vr9.net
This happens on my stationary computer, laptop and my wife's iPad. It's been like this since yesterday. I've tried visiting the ads, seem bona fide like Booking.com and others, but nothing happens when going back to the ismlp page. It only displays the same exasperating message! Is anyone else having this problem? Gratefull for any tips or help
