Issue with placement of accidentals in annotations

Hello, I’m having a problem with the IMSLP app.
I’m using a TCL Nxtpaper 14 tablet, and when I try to add annotations such as sharps or flats, the position where the symbol is actually placed on the score does not match what appears in the zoom/magnifier preview. I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.
