Possibly very serious bug?

I pressed “open in IMSLP” app from a imslp page on my iPhone 6 (iOS 13.6.1) and managed to basically cause bouncing from Safari to the app and back etc. I tried closing the responsible tabs and quitting both apps but eventually had to restart my phone. This has only happened once so far, and I forget -exactly- how it happened- sorry!- but...

I have the same problem on my iphone and ipad as well. Contact Edward about getting this fixed.
