Android app - how to remove annotations

I have had the Android app installed for some time. It seems very good, but it is not always very clear how a achieve something. Is there a help page somewhere? There doesn't seem to be any in-app help.
In particular, I discovered by accident that if I long press inside a score, I can then draw or write on it. But so far I have not found any way of removing my annotations (which were unintentional). Is there a way to do this, or do I have to delete and re-download the score?
