Adding an Arrangements and Transcriptions tab

I want to add a transcription to a page (specifically http://imslp.org/wiki/12_Variations_on_ ... ig_van%290)
that doesn't have the appropriate tab. I tried editing the page and adding the line:
===Arrangements and Transcriptions===
but that doesn't seem to do the trick. So what do I need ?

The tab doesn't show up because there's nothing in the new section yet. But if you use the "Add File" button (top right) to upload the arrangement, all you then need to do is edit the page so that the file details come under the new heading for "Arrangements and Transcriptions". Good luck!
