Arrangement shifted

Hello,
I contributed an arrangement to the Category ‘As Arrange’ which was later moved by a moderator to ‘Compositions’.
This is not correct, as the piece is clearly an arrangemnt. How can one fix this?

2) Also I would like to link from the original composition to the arrangers page. How is this been done?

Here is the arrangement (a composition by W.A. Mozart, arranged by Ignaz Seyfried). Someone shifted it to Seyfrieds original ’Compositions’:

After I saw the mess on Seyfrieds page, I tried to add it on the Mozart site to link it to the Seyfried arragement.
This has not yet been confirmed.
