Pavane pour une infante défunte arrangement not updated correctly.

Earlier today I uploaded a recording of this piece and updated my arrangement.
The page https://imslp.org/wiki/Pavane_pour_une_ ... ,_Maurice) shows the recording but the arrangement still shows the files from November 2018. When I look at my "contributions" the most recent version is there, but the page is simply not linking to the correct file.
Can this please be fixed?
Is it a problem when an update and the addition of a new file (the recording in this case) happen close together in time? Maybe one person adds the recording while another one tries to update the arrangement?
I would like to know if I need to avoid such updates close together.
