adding 2nd audio file to a workpage

Leybach 1st Bolero: I had added synthesized .mp4 file of the original score. The tempo seemed wrong for Bolero so I created a second .mp4 file in a relaxed tempo and tried to upload. Before I finished notes explaining the difference, the new .mp4 file was submitted without showing me the submission page.

1) Can this be fixed? Can I fix it as a contributor?
2) where can I find instructions on how to add additional audio files for the same score?
