Terrible user-submitted parts

There's a set of parts on Ottorino Respighi's Vetrate di chiesa that are bad enough to be unusable. I don't mean "these look bad" but rather "they're full of errors, mislabeled parts, missing sections, etc." I know at least at some point in the past we could go to each file and add the deletion template to it and someone would eventually be by to take care of it, but the old instructions don't seem to work anymore (it says there's no such file but gives you the option to upload) and doing so 20-ish times to remove all the parts seems a little much. Is there a way to mark an entire set of uploads for deletion?
