Should work page be under the arranger or under anonymous?

I want to add a new arrangement and recording of Arirang, a traditional Korean melody by an anonymous composer.

Currently there are two existing work pages for Arirang listed under their arrangers rather than anonymous:

I would have thought there should have been a page for Arirang(Anonymous) under which I could add my arrangement, but another forum post suggested that the policy had changed:

So should I create yet another work page like Arirang(my name) instead of a page for Arirang(Anonymous)?

And, if so, how do I make that work show up under my Arranger tab vs my Composer tab?
