I uploaded my horn with band arrangement of Henri Chaussier's "Fantaisie-Chasse." However it put all the parts underneath the original and not under my arrangement. How can I correct this or prevent this from occurring again?

If you chose the Arrangement and Transcription tab for uploading under, then you wouldn't have put it under the Scores tab. But that can be fixed in Edit by copy and pasting the stacks and put it under the other tab.
