Die Zauberflöte, K.620 (Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus) - editing disabled (for first published edition)

Hi all,
The first publication for this work is recorded as Simrock plate 4 (vocal score) and Simrock plate 1092 (full score). The former is already available, but the latter is not. I have found a copy of the Simrock full score, but when I tried to share it, I have been told "Error: This page has been protected to prevent editing." I've been able to "edit" (as in add files) for other works directly; what should I do here? Should I try to upload the file via a separate process?
