Can you unlock a page for me to upload?

Hi, I'm not new to IMSLP, but have never contributed before. I'd like to upload a new arrangement of Beethovem's Pathetique slow movement (https://imslp.org/wiki/Piano_Sonata_No. ... udwig_van)), and the page is locked. Browsing the forum, I see that this is how you control certain pages (so I get 'this page is protected to prevent editing'), and you seem to unlock through request.
Can you therefore either unlock this page, or let me know (a) that this is not possible, or (b) how better to make such a request? Also, if you *do* unlock, how long is this for?
