Empty, incorrect work docement needs removal

I discovered that I created an empty and incorectly named work document that needs removal. i cannot simply use MOVE to change the work name, because a similar *populated* workpage with the correct name has been created.
The empty workpage "Psalm 1 Luke 1:46b-55" needs removal from https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Brolsma%2C_Bruce_Edward
The correctly named and populated workpage is named "Psalm Luke 1:46b-55".
